    Hotel Trends:

    • The industry is seeing a “tale of two tiers,” with major metropolitan hubs experiencing doubledigit growth, while the rest of the state undergoes post-pandemic normalization.

    • Southeast Florida led the state in early 2026; Miami-Dade reached an ADR of $300, while Palm Beach hit $394.

    • Miami-Dade remains a national standout, maintaining an occupancy rate above 80%, the highest among large U.S. metros.

    • Performance is being heavily buoyed by “compression events,” including the World Baseball Classic and buildup for the FIFA World Cup.
