Lance Millington

Lance has focused on office investment, sales, and leasing and is now engaged on Hotel Brokerage. He has worked on a wide variety of projects, representing investors, developers, owners, and tenants across general office, medical, and specialty office spaces. In addition, Lance advises clients on other commercial real estate needs including flex buildings, industrial projects, and land acquisition.

 

Before transitioning to commercial real estate full-time, Lance enjoyed a 25-year career as a channel executive and direct sales leader at major technology companies including HP, Oracle, and Underwriters Laboratories. This experience allows him to bring a unique perspective, helping align real estate decisions with broader business objectives.
