Terrance Eaddy is an investment sales broker with Colliers, specializing in hospitality assets throughout Florida. His focus includes hotel acquisitions, dispositions, and development opportunities across select-service, extended-stay, and full-service properties. In just over a year in hospitality brokerage, Terrance has closed more than $10 million in transaction volume and built a strong statewide pipeline of on- and off-market opportunities, supporting clients with underwriting and strategic advisory assignments.
Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Terrance served as a Mid-Market Account Executive with AT&T Business, where he advised corporate clients on cybersecurity and network infrastructure solutions and contributed to $20–$30 million in company revenue. This experience strengthened his expertise in client advisory, negotiation, and business development.
At Colliers, Terrance utilizes the firm’s national platform to help clients achieve their investment goals. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a minor in Business from Bethune-Cookman University.
